Candace is a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Nutrition Coach in Dallas, Texas who seamlessly blends decades of culinary wisdom, clinical experience, compassionate movement education, & flexible lifestyle planning to help clients achieve a state of vibrant, lifelong wellness.

Embodied experiences as a mother & a breast cancer survivor inform her presence as an educator, while her understanding of musculature in motion is intuitive. She adeptly blends modalities to help people feel better, move more, & live longer by encouraging sustainable habit change with an emphasis on self-kindness, and finding balance while striving for Better Than Before rather than Perfection.

Her passion lies in improving the holistic health of clients of all ages, body types, & abilities, thereby reducing or eliminating chronic aches & pains, rebuilding strength & independence after injury or pregnancy, improving lab results, & boosting self-confidence.

Candace’s well-rounded credentials include an AAS in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu 2006, TX Lic. Massage Therapist 2011, TX Lic. Massage Therapy Instructor 2016, Peak Pilates 200-hour Instructor 2017, BASI Pilates 500-hour Instructor 2018, NASM Certified Personal Trainer 2024, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach 2026. Currently, her continuing education focus includes NASM Corrective Exercise Certification, and a year-long in-person series on teaching the Advanced Classical Pilates repertoire within the modern studio.

She lives in Dallas, Texas with her fiancé, 2 cats & 1 ball python full time, and 2 kids part time. She currently offers in-person Pilates private lessons, private cooking lessons for families or small groups, online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching, as well as helpful blog posts, short videos, articles, resources, and relevant health & wellness information for clients & community.
